been there twice and received rude service and they expressed no interest in my job. Must not have been the owner I was talking to. The other time, I dropped off a safe to be re-keyed, left my phone number, they never called. After 5 weeks, I dropped in and they hadn't done anything to my safe, they said it was worth fixing and couldn't be bothered to call me.

Burt's is a great locally owned alternative to a big box store for home security needs.
